Patient Servicing Goals-Ensure that any query generated is catered to within 24 hours and a high quality of service is provided.
Implementation of marketing strategies -Ensure that the key marketing projects & activities designed by the company are implemented appropriately during each cycle in his / her area and mentor & track the activities of the team members. Provide timely feedback on the above & competition to the concerned.

Team Development-Developing the team to achieve the organisation objectives through proper guidance, motivation, coaching & feedback. Ensure that each team member follows the sales systems and processes as outlined by Biocon and make them high performers.To ensure new recruits in the team are inducted. To address team/ BE grievances
Administration-Approval of Standard Fare Chart and Master Tour Program to ensure that the DCAs time is utilised efficiently without compromising on timely servicing of patients.Timely approval of travel and activity expense claims.To adhere to the leave policy of the company and encourage team members to use Bionet for the same. Probation assessment & annual appraisals to be prepared and submitted on time.
Reporting -To ensure timely reporting of daily work for self & team members in the CRM reporting module.
Key Customer Management-Identify a list of key opinion leaders in the area and develop strong relationship with these customers to maximise sales output for Biocon’s products.
