 Summary: Responsible for the whole project. Works as one point contact for all purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Handles complete project from (post-tender) award stage to completion stage.
2. Plans and forecasts project budget and human resource requirements.
3. Ensures project completion in time and with in budgeted cost
4. Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
5. Implements engineering systems and controls in compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
6. Maintains complete project documentation with respect to design and construction
7. Monitors the progress of project and updates corporate office as frequently as required.
8. Communicates with client and discusses about the project, contractual issues, contract validation etc
9. Co-ordinates with sub contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods at the project site.
10. Handle local purchase and payment related issues.
11. Handle various business development activities like study of upcoming projects, tracking of competitor information, promotion of business, visiting potential clients, making strategic alliances etc in that country
12. Apprise HO in various strategic issues in the region
13. Interact with local bodies, political parties to ensure smooth execution of the project .
