• Prepare monthly interim payment certificates/progress claims and expedite payment.
• Keep detailed record of any delays due to client and submit the corresponding claim.
• Drafting and submittal /follow up of variation orders.
• Preparation of EOT (extension of Time) claims if necessary.
• Maintain detailed history (hard copy and electronic) of all contract related communication on the project.
• Provide support to the project team on commercial matters as requested.
• Review and monitor project insurances, bonds and guarantees.
• Carry out a detailed monthly material reconciliation in coordination with site store keeper.
• Identify potential contractual risk items and suggest/implement strategies to mitigate these risks.
• High level of computer literacy
• Ability to work under own initiative
• Ability to meet tight reporting deadlines

Job Description
Qualification: BE Civil / Mechanical
Experience: Minimum of 15 years post qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial & cost management.
This position encompasses Civil, Mechanical, Electrical scope on Sewerage and STP construction &commissioning.
