Job Description
To build and lead a team of professional relationship managers and ensure achievement of assigned targets as per the framework.
Ethically Head the local Office & coordinate with seniors including HO appropriately
Constant Recruitment, Training & Development of RM's
To achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets through desired relationship management.
Regular monitoring performance of tem members and conducting regular team meeting & performance review programs.
Facilitate administrative & operational supports for smooth functioning
MIS preparation, reporting to DM – Alternate and adherence to audit compliance as per BALIC Standards
Respect & adhere to the guidelines of the company on all fronts to have appropriate compliances.
Achievement of desired manpower as per the objective & profile
Achievement of New Business Targets (Premium & NOPs)
Quantitative & qualitative progression on Recruitment, Training & Development of the Team Members
Desired Profile
Work Experience - Min. 2 to 4 Years
Good Communication Skills
Candidates from Insurance, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, NBFC’s, Banks, etc will preferred.
Local Area Candidates having the knowledge of potential market will be preferred
